How to use the online alarm clock

Ten at night is where the day properly ends for most households, and alarms at this hour split between two groups: people setting a final bedtime reminder for themselves, and people whose working day is only just getting going. Night-shift workers in health care, security, transport and hospitality commonly use a 10 pm alarm to start getting ready for a shift.

For everyone else, it's a common cut-off for screens and a prompt to actually go to bed, particularly for anyone trying to protect their sleep before an early alarm the next morning. Students cramming for exams sometimes use this hour differently again, as a hard stop for study before sleep becomes non-negotiable.

It's also a reasonably common hour for a final check of overnight bookings or deliveries — closing up a small business, or double-checking that an early alarm is actually set correctly for the next day.

Every minute from 10:00 pm to 10:59 pm is listed individually below, each a lightweight browser alarm that needs no app or account — just an open tab and a device that isn't fully asleep.
