Meeting planner across time zones

Built for coordinating a call or meeting across time zones, this planner takes a proposed time in one location and shows what that translates to everywhere else involved, laid out so overlapping working hours are easy to spot without mentally juggling multiple offsets.

It's particularly useful for a meeting spanning, say, Perth, Sydney and an overseas office, given how much the gap between Australian cities can shift depending on the time of year — a two-hour difference in winter can become a three-hour difference once the eastern states move to daylight saving and Western Australia doesn't. The planner accounts for that automatically based on the selected date.
